I wanted to discuss NexusOps because it a very sought after due to its flexibility and ability to start working immediately. If you are comfortable taking customer service phone calls and you need to start making money fast, then you will want to read what it’s like working for NexusOps.

NexusOps Training
Training is self-paced and unpaid but it honestly shouldn’t take you more than a couple hours to complete. It can be completed in one sitting or you can complete each section as you please.
NexusOps Pay
If you are a customer service agent, you are paid per minute servicing a customer with a commission paid for each customer that you retain and for each customer service survey completed by satisfied customers.
Pay per minute can range based on if the account is active or non-active and based on your performance. So far, I’ve only seen my pay per minute fluctuate by 2 – 3 cents over the course of two days.
The best part is pay is directly deposited into your bank account every week. For someone is looking to start work right away, this might be appealing to you.
**This is normally where people who are interested in NexusOps become nervous.
Your job as a customer service agent is to retain the customer. If you do not “attempt” to retain the customer, that call is flagged which could cause your earnings to go in negative or to be revoked for that day.
I can understand why this would make some people shy away from but if you follow the rules and offer the customer a retention package then you should have no problem keeping your earnings.
Is There Enough Calls For It To Be Full-Time
During high volume call times, you are called, emailed and texted in order to notify you. During high volume call times, I can easily get call after call with barely a minute in between them. During non-peak times, there will be minutes between calls. High performance does mean more calls will be routed to you so for someone else, you might not have a delay in calls during non-peak times.
I believe it is very feasible to earn a full-time income on NexusOps but I certainly wouldn’t depend on it since the number of calls can fluctuate.
Nevertheless, it is a great company to work for if you require flexibility and weekly pay.
Nexus Ops/CrownVoice did vanish almost overnight and let tons of workers to believe they were a scam. Although they were not, there still seems to be some questions to be answered. Like where did they go?
You might want to check out LiveOps and NexRep which offer very similar work to NexusOP (but are more established!).
